Elizabeth is an American who practises in London. Educated at Williams College and Harvard Law School, she was admitted as an attorney in New York in 2003 and as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2006.  She is also a qualified collaborative lawyer. Elizabeth is a family law specialist who represents clients from all backgrounds.  She has acted in reported financial cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal and has a dynamic international practice, handling cases involving complex remuneration structures, private businesses, and inherited wealth. Elizabeth also advises on pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She has a particular interest in Anglo-US cases, and frequently acts in cases concerning the international relocation of children. Elizabeth authors the Grandparents chapter of Finance and Law for the Older Client, published by Lexis Nexis.
